Cindy-Lou is a 14.2hh Haflinger pony. This mare is Andi's heart horse and she wouldn't be here with out her. She loves to teach beginners on the lunge line. But she is also very fun for intermediate-Advanced riders who are looking to learn Dressage and eventing! Come visit us to meet Cindy-Lou, her favorite treat is whatever you have!
Moose is a 16.1hh Off The Track Thoroughbred (OTTB). While his racing career was extremely short due to lack of speed his career as a lesson horse has been wonderful! He is absolutely beautiful in the dressage ring and teaches riders higher level movements.
Starbuck is the best mare. She has been with Andi since she had rescued her from the feed lot when she was only 18months old. She went from a feral horse to the most wonderful lesson horse ever. She is so safe and sweet and easy to ride. The best horse anyone could ask for.
Sally is a 15.1hh QH/Appy cross and an awesome mare! She is extremely hard working! Because she tries so hard, she makes learning a lot more fun for her students.
Rocky is a 13.2hh Haflinger cross pony that loves to teach new riders to canter and jump. His first show he won three ribbons! Rocky likes to take advanced beginner students to intermediate. If you are jumping your first jump course may be on Rocky! He has a big fan club at Ride the Sky as students have learned so much from him!
Ziggy is our biggest goofball! He is a sweet 14.2hh Connemara cross pony that we helped rescue and get back into shape. He LOVES to jump. He does beginner and advanced lessons as he loves to jump big! Super fun to jump for advanced riders but will also plod along for our beginners. Love this pony!
Boo! is one of the sweetest ponies ever! She is a 13hh pony. She teaches our youngest riders but can also be seen with more advanced riders jumping and competing in Eventing!
Tondo is a fun 15hh Morgan/Percheron cross. He is so cute and fun to ride. It didn't take long for him to become a barn favorite. He is a competitive horse as well as a wonderful school horse. Those are hard to find!!
Scout is a Paint/Haflinger cross. When we got Scout he had very little training. After only a short time he can teach our very beginners but also be a great ride for our advanced riders looking to school dressage movements! He has a Haflinger brain and a American Paint Horse body!
Albus is a 15hh American Quarter Horse. Albus came to us as a rescue who needed a lot of love! He is an older gentleman who was extremely skinny and was not being taken care of. We gave him some love and he is happy and healthy teaching our youngest riders the ropes of cantering. He really is a sweet old man.
River is a 13.1hh Pony of America who works so hard for his students! He is perfect for kids learning to canter and jump. Steady, and smooth he shines during summer camps for first time riders.
Benji is a 16.1hh Belgian Draft Cross. He was an amish plow horse in his past life. After riding the auction pipeline for a while we found him and decided to take this scared boy home for some TLC. It turned out that he is arguably one of the best lesson horses in the world. It shows what a nice job and some love from students does to a horse.
Quincey is a 16.2hh OTTB. He is young so he is ridden mainly by his owner and advanced riders. He is a fun and sensitive ride with a lot of buttons!
Pascal is a 16hh Walking Horse/Draft cross. He came to us as a trail horse! Since then he has learned a whole lot. His owner and our lesson students have done a fantastic job teaching him how to be a great lesson horse as well as a great competitor in all three rings. He has a beautiful jump and big lovely gaits!
Chance is a 16hh American Quarter Horse. He has done it all! Most recently he has competed as a working ranch horse. While he continues to do that with his owner Sarah he also teaches our young students. He is a pleasure to ride and is great for kids of all ages.
Jax is a big 16.1hh draft cross. He is a very nice horse with a big head and a big heart. He is fun to ride and jump and we love having him here teaching students. We borrow him from his owner Rachel. He's her first horse and couldn't be a better choice.
